Return & Refund Policy
At &glow, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing high-quality products that bring comfort and joy to your life. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@andglow.me with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. If applicable, please include supporting photos.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at hello@andglow.me.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered the shipping process.
Once an order is being processed for shipment, cancellations are no longer possible.
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7 business days.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packing your order to prevent damage during shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged:
- Report the issue within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@andglow.me with clear photos of the damage.
- If the damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
📌 Please note:
Minor packaging damage (e.g., dented boxes) does not qualify for a refund or replacement if the product itself remains intact.
Damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse is not eligible for a return or refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it under the conditions outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are accepted within the 30-day return window.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address that was not corrected within this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Sleep masks, pillowcases, gift boxes, hair accessories, and similar personal-use items once opened or used.
- Items purchased during final sales or special promotions.
