Shipping Details
Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours before shipment.
To ensure secure and timely deliveries, we work with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, Royal Mail, and others, depending on the destination.
📌 Please note: Delivery times may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Order Changes & Shipping Address Updates
- Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout. Inaccurate information may result in delays or cancellations.
- If you need to update your shipping address, please email us at hello@anglow.me within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee updates after this timeframe.
- If we identify an issue with your shipping details, our support team will reach out within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Delayed Deliveries
We strive to meet the estimated delivery timeframes; however, external factors such as weather disruptions, customs processing, or carrier delays may impact transit times.
In the event of a delay, we will work closely with the shipping provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. &glow is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@andglow.me as soon as possible.
- We recommend reaching out to the courier directly to file a claim.
- While &glow is not liable for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
Recipient’s Absence & Incomplete Addresses
To ensure successful delivery:
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes – a valid physical address is required.
- If delivery is unsuccessful due to recipient absence or an incorrect/incomplete address, the package may be returned to the sender or held by the courier. In such cases, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees. &glow is not liable for undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout, and refunds will not be issued for such cases.
